Ever wondered if you should switch your gas stove, water heater, or home heater to electric. If so, you've come to the right place. Every week we'll host a conversation with someone who's already done it or is in the process. We'll ask why and how. What would they do differently? What advice do they have? Maybe you're on the fence about switching to electric. Will it really make a difference to my health, my energy bill, or the climate? Maybe you've heard of induction stoves, but wondering how to cook on one. Maybe you're in a place with occasional power outages and wondering how to handle that in an all electric home, or maybe you're a renter and asking What can I do? In this podcast, I'll be asking our guests the questions many of us have about our homes gas appliances. And making the switch. We'll also talk with contractors, chefs and appliance gurus, as well as researchers looking into the health impacts of our home appliances. We'll go easy on the tech talk and heavy on the practical advice. Overall, we'll seek out optimism and hope.
